No it is not possible. You need to run NAV 4.0 SP3. Or you could run it if you install a Citrix server and use Citrix clients.

Problem in taking backup

Hi, While taking backup of the database, I am getting an error stating that the database is corrupted. How to fix this? I cant even export the objects from that database. I badly need a datas in that database. I dont have even a single backup. Please help me...

SQL server 2005 has a different security model and Navision below 4.0 SP3 is incompatible. I already a similar issue when making a db conversion from 3.70B SQL 2000 to 4.0 SP3 in SQL 2005 (DB objects are still from 3.70B). The only way I solved was to restore using Navision Client and not using SQL Server...
