As far as I remember then we came down to the fact that we somehow where refering to the exe-file on the Citrix named machine instead of from an exe file directly on the same machine as the Citrix Management Console.

Where is my Dynamics NAV icon in Citrix?

I'm currently installing Dynamics NAV 5.0 SP1 as a published application on Citrix. But I cannot get it to show the Dynamics NAV icon. Also when I try to browse for the Icon in Citrix it doesn't show up the Dynamics NAV icon, only "the other" icon's, like those used in Dynamics...

Citrix: Maximize a seamless application

I know it is a bit off topic, but since it's reagarding our Dynamics NAV appplication. We have two Citrix environments. In the old environment everything works fine. In the new environment whenever a user chooses to maximize the published Dynamics NAV 4.0 SP3 application using the maximize button...

Re: Biztalk - anybody actually implemented it recently?

From the dirth of information and talking to peers, I am leaning towards a Citrix solution (Citrix Access Essentials). Get the client to increase the user count and install Citrix and then we have complete control. The Biztalk solution is really dealing with interfacing between NAV and other systems...

You can also publish an older version of NAV through Citrix, and that works on Vista. I have a customer on 3.6 that I can run through Citrix.

I would contact MS. I have not seen or read any known issues with citrix and 5.0. One thing I've seen is 5.0 crashing during hibernation..

Navision 5.0 running on Citrix 4.5

We have discovered Citrix has an issue running Navision 5.0 because it uses .Net Frameworks 2.0 and Citrix 4.0 uses .Net Framework 1.0.
