While making payments thru payment journals , I am trying to use the print check option unfournatley it gives the said error " There is no report selections within the filter ". Whereas for other companies it works fine.

Supposing you are working on a 4.00 version or later, go to Setup menu, choose Seup IT, then General Setup, Report Selection, Bank Account and fill a report number for the Check option.
