·      Ability to earn the respect of the project team both internally and externally and of management, and to work effectively within regionally and globally dispersed teams.

·      Knowledge of business processes and possible solutions in general and communicate effectively in English with MCP consultants and the development team.

The solution architect reports directly through to the Solution Architect Manager in North America. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Dynamics upgrades, localizations, and ISV product add-on's, as well as strong technical experience and industry solution involvement. Additional experience in application integration, portal and application development, project management, and technology is a definite plus.
